When you make a purchase via TicketStop.ie, we can access personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and postal address via the TicketStop administrator platform. TicketStop stores this personal information so that we can identify you if you win the prize.

We process any and all personal data that we need to access lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. We adhere to the relevant GDPR articles in relation to processing your data. When you make a purchase via TicketStop, you are automatically entered into the draw.  We access the personal data you give to TicketStop so that we can identify you if you win a prize. For this reason, the legal basis for accessing and processing your personal data is to fulfil our contractual obligation.
